In days of old the strategy was to start fast, look good, and when people have gotten accustomed to the idea, subtly drop the ball, and we allowed them to work that one on us. Those days are now behind us, but some peole never learn, and still try to take us back into the dark ages. How can you convince those of us who born in electric lights, that it is better to use lamp. I tell you that some of them politicians crazy, or is it that they have a plan, and working on something to try put pon us? Liverpool Row, Basseterre, St Kitts It is a beautiful day in skb. Just had breakfast, one helping of oats with two bananas, raisins and cinnamon, sweetened by honey and sprinkled with Moringa powder food supplement. As you may know I eat my Moringa food supplement every day, except on Sunday. Friends tell me that a person has to fast at least one day in the week. And it seems to be working for me. While I am on the topic of Moringa, let me say emphatically, that I would not be walking around today without the help of Moringa, grown in SKB and created by GOD. It is a beautiful July morning, nice and cool, and a lovely day for cricket. I am not a die hard cricket fan, but I am doing my stint of 'patriotic' with my full support for the St Kitts Patriots. I expect them to share licks, and more licks on their home turf ... and let the party continue. Photography is still alive and well in SKN. On a personal note, I have changed my diets and exercise routines and I am feeling 21 again, and giving my GOD all the Thanks, Glory and Praise. Great health is what makes our life worth living, but many of us don't seem to know until 'the doc' tells us so. With all the free health information posted on Facebook these days, I perceive that many folks are looking more seriously at health, not necessarily 'their own health", but it is a step in the right direction.  Cautiously trying out a things or two may not be that bad for some of us. Peace has finally been restored to our land of beauty, as we take a break before moving on to the next level.. We always had 'traditional' peace here, but it seems to me that for the last couple years some people tried to implement their brand of peace, probably in order to create a new skn environment. All that is now history, and skn goes into yet another history generating phase. I am of the view that EVERYTHING that has taken place, is taking place and will take place in our twin island Federation will impact our Caribbean and the world at large in ways we cannot begin to comprehend or imagine. This is not the first time nor will it be the last. 50,000 thousand people, 100 square miles, year 2015, 2020, 2025. 8-4-9-5.  I am getting to like the EOS-70D camera, being lighter than the EOS-7D, but whenever I feel a spray and see rain I have to scramble for a plastic bag. It is not water proof like the EOS-7D. I will get around to movies if and when it becomes necessary...

I hear we have an election date riddle. I heard a popular DJ translate the riddle date to a time in January 2015, the day after I celebrate my birth date. I am in things. But the election date is a secret, even onto the owner, so nobody may be taking on this early pronouncement. Historically, if you are in the know, you may get an inkling hours before the official announcement. I guess this riddle is part of the seasonal cheer, to bring joy to some people. Of course there are some other people who are far from happy with the ultimate reality more like fallout from the riddle, and it is up to us to help them over any despondency. This is the season for joy and merriment whether election is upon us in 60 days or not. Carnival begins in SKN tomorrow. I guess everything is in order on the inside, so we wait and see what the changes are for sugar mas 43. We expect the changes to be for the betterment of Carnival.
