10-10-10
I am not reading as much as I should these days so I not up to date on all of the issues that annoy people in our world today, but I gather that today is hailed by some as a special day in our history. So what happened last year, 09-09-09, and what can we expect to happen next year 11-11-11, and if the world is supposed to end in 2012, what of 12-12-12? I wonder what people were saying at 10-10-10, back in 1910? We have come an exceptionally long way since then, so we cannot begin to think what it will be like 100 years on in 2110. Mind boggling, ain't it?. Well, don't let it bother you, but if just thinking about it is making you nervous, try find solace in communicating with your GOD ... before it is too late.
I think the sun will rise today, on schedule, so will the tides, the birds, the bees and all living things, and I wonder how many of them have a concern that today is 10-10-10, and what more they need to do to 'survive' on their planet. They are the embodiment of Nature and seem to function at high vibrancy, much unlike humans, who are endowed with 'speech' but yet lack the ability to effectively communicate with each other, interact and interface with environment and Nature. Some of us interface after a fashion, but the vast majority of us do not, and may have no intention to, because we feel that we are God and we run things.
Man will forever fool themselves ... but before I get to deeply into this, which is clearly outside the scope of this blog, let me move back to photography. This topic I may pick up and carry on my spaces.live.com blog later. So what is up for today? I am going cycling in a while and when I return I will continue this blog. [to be continued]
I am back and nothing unusual to report on 10-10-10 so far. There are a few different calendars in use on planet earth, and 10-10-10 is a feature of ours, so where does that leave those with a different calendar? Is this a significant day for them on their calendar too? It should be if we are all in phase and sync with the Universe. If this 10-10-10 "thing" is not lining up, then someone if off course ... so who is it? Us or them?. This is beginning to sound like a sort of denominational thing, and in the next step we may be looking for who is right, and who is wrong. Things can get complicated, and appear challenging for some 'power' people, and at the end of it all, men have gone to war for less. There is nothing new under the sun, so why waste the effort.
Everything seems to be in place and the earth is still spinning over 700. I left home late and decided to take the sunrise at the Fort Point, at Fortlands, around the corner from the OTI, Ocean Terrace Inn Hotel, just 5-minutes down my street. You cannot put any of Natures products on any scale, one to five, or one to ten, but some of our world's 'brilliant" minds do, but I am not supporting that kind of foolishness. I can live with a scale of one to one. When man is able to generate and consistently maintain two identical natural products like sunrise or sunset in the real world, I may be persuaded to consider taking a look.
So 10-10-10 started off great for me and we will see how this progress throughout the day.
